Warehouse Job Description:
We are looking Pick And Packer for a Warehouse Worker to help with receiving, storing, moving, and shipping products. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities of Pick And Packer Job:
- Pick and pack products accurately based on customer orders.
- Load and unload items onto delivery vehicles, pallets, and storage areas.
- Ensure correct product quantity and type are shipped.
- Operate Radio Frequency (RF) devices for picking, inventory, and shipping.
- Scan, read labels, and sort packages correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and shipments.
- Perform physical inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Inspect products for accuracy and damage.
- Label, sort, wrap, pack, and repackage items as needed.
- Operate warehouse and computer equipment if required.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF devices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Customer service mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Physical & Cognitive Abilities:
- Ability to follow procedures and policies.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to read and interpret information accurately.
- Ability to use hands for tasks like sorting and packing.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Salary:
- Base Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Shift Pay: Additional $1.00 per hour
